Our Interaction Design team leverages the brain power of a critical mass of experts with degrees in human-computer interaction, experimental psychology, linguistics, public health, health communication, creative writing, and social work. These folks also bring their own personal passions and experiences to the conversation – whether than means exploring the connection between music and health, innovations in elder care, or addressing the impact of heath literacy on various populations.

We tailor conversations by applying segmentation strategies based on demographics and clinical data, or more in-depth tailoring that leverages historical data at the member level. We leverage a data-driven database of over 400 million calls that indicates how different populations have engaged in the past. And we apply our Field Live TestSM to account for the environmental factors that may affect the impact of any given outreach.
