Eliza works with our clients to create coordinated, multimedia communication strategies, including e-mails, letters, web content, text messages, and social media – with the goal of getting members the right information at the right time, in a way that makes most sense for them. Eliza calls also drive members to online resources that they may not have found on their own. We apply the member-specific feedback we've gathered over time to help optimize the content of these alternative mediums.
