But that wasn't enough. We developed and patented the technologies and approaches that are optimized for outbound calling around healthcare topics.
We knew that with every outreach, we're competing for mindshare. Including people's jobs, favorite t.v. shows, even their crying babies. So we developed our strategies for developing engaging, interactive outreach.
Soon we were calling a lot of people with a lot of messages. To ensure we could maintain contact with these people over time, we designed intelligent scheduling strategies that carefully control the level of outreach to a household.
Information had to be relevant. So Eliza developed build calls that referenced past conversations. We tailored content based on demographics, claims data, historical behavior, and more to deliver the most timely, personally relevant information.
And we're not just talking about phone calls - Eliza launched coordinated, multimedia campaigns that include tailored mailings, e-mails, text messages, and more to "turn up the volume" on key health topics and connect people with supportive resources.
The web changed everyone's life. So Eliza developed web-based tools that let our clients monitor and control their campaigns.
Ok, maybe not everyone's life. Using our data-driven database, we determined the best time of day, and the best medium, in which to deliver content to different segments of the population.
These people represent different walks of life. This led to Interaction Design approaches that assess and address health disparities – based on language, ethnicity, income, and other socio-demographics.
Meanwhile, our speech recognition capabilities grew. As Eliza's reach and experience increases, so does our ability to recognize more diverse populations, accents, and languages– plus we've got the infrastructure in place to act on these findings.
And so does our understanding of what makes people tick. Our rules engine uses each interaction to build member-level profiles and deliver valuable, applicable business intelligence.
