Position: Director, Product Management

Job Description

Drive day-to-day product management functions for our strategic product lines. As the product champion, run each product as a business, know its strengths and weaknesses, competitive advantages and disadvantages, discuss technical features and business benefits with both business and technical audiences. Work in close collaboration with the executive team development and business development teams to establish and execute new and incremental product strategies, requirements and release plans. Maintain a high degree of communication across technology, development, support, implementation, sales and marketing departments. Meet with customers to assess product performance and identify areas for improvements and new opportunities for development.

Manage Product Roadmaps and facilitate communication across organization on updates and changes. Manage product beta cycles from process, identification of candidates, and fluid communication between beta sites and the organization. Manage product launch programs across all departments. Provide input and work closely with marketing in the development of product go-to-market plans, partnering strategies, product positioning, white papers, product briefs, sales training, partner training and competitive analysis. Establish, implement and maintain product packaging, licensing and pricing programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):

  • Manage the product development process including: concept, requirements, integration and test planning, implementation management, release planning and execution.Manage product versioning/optimization process to ensure that Eliza's products always maintain "best of breed" status
  • Work with operational and delivery teams to establish agreed upon processes and protocols for use of new products and systems.
  • Development and management of prototyping activities across teams.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities; act as an expert in respect to the competition; work with Marketing to develop the core positioning and messaging for products and perform product demonstrations for customers.
  • Lead our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities
  • Develop requirements documents and use cases for new product features
  • Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features
  • Interface with customers to assess performance of current offerings and identify new products and features for development.
  • Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new features
  • Become an expert on other products in the marketplace
  • Must be able to travel 15-20% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in health care &/or marketing w/ an emphasis in product management and strategy development or 3 years of relevant experience w/ a master's degree required.
  • 5 years of experience in leading complex, interdisciplinary projects to a timely completion is required.
  • Knowledge of project management, spreadsheets (Excel), presentation graphics (PowerPoint), and word processing (Word) is required.
  • Knowledge of web, mobile or social technologies not required but strongly preferred.
  • Experience with big data, data visualization software and data cube usage.
  • Knowledge of current health care marketplace dynamics.

Education/Training Requirements

  • Management skills and experience in supervising a professional staff preferred.
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory and contractual requirements preferred.
  • Knowledge of various analytical methods and statistical techniques preferred.
  • Process improvement and/or Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred but not required

Position: Marketing Analytics Specialist

Job Description

Reporting to the Sr Director, Business Intelligance and Analytics Services the Analytics Specialist will play a key role in representing outcomes and future product strategy. Working on an interdisciplinary team with sales, project managment and engineering, the Analytics Specialist will design and analyze the effectiveness of customer programs for a set of accounts, and provide input to the development of new products.

This is a vital role working with both internal groups and external customers. The overall goal being to deliver effective programs with positive return on investments by transforming structured and unstructured data into marketable analytics products and services. The person selected for this position will have strong analytical skills, the ability to translate trends and patterns into product strategy, and have excellent presentation and face-to-face client skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in market research, data oriented marketing services, direct marketing analytics or business consulting roles using data and information to drive business and product strategy
  • Advanced degree in public health, business, mathematical science, decision science or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in statistical analysis, segmentation, predictive modeling, A/B testing, data mining, and project management
  • Proficient with SAS, SPSS, R and Tableau
  • Preference for healthcare related industry experience

Position: Delivery / Project Manager

Job Description

Our Customer Operations team is looking for a customer management-oriented project / delivery manager with a proven ability to deliver projects on-scope, on-time and on-budget. While traditional project management experience is the necessary foundation; a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, a solid technical background, exceptional organization skills, and a devotion to excellent customer management are perhaps more important.

The project manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of customer projects with a focus on managing customer satisfaction, resource planning, technical specifications and overall project success.

Project managers lead multiple customer engagements through all aspects of the delivery lifecycle, following defined development methodologies including requirements analysis, program design and development, resource planning, project planning, scheduling, sustaining operations and closure.

You must have at least 7 years of project / delivery management experience in a professional services environment. Solid experience in translating and executing technical customer business needs into concrete goals and solutions. Excellent communication skills at all levels are a must and the ability to effectively lead a diverse team is expected.

Specific responsibilities associated with the position include:

  • Successfully plan, lead and facilitate meetings with all levels of customer and internal project stakeholders (including C-level executives) thereby establishing themselves as the technical and business project leader, or, Subject Matter Expert for all program needs
  • Assume full deliverable accountability from the solutions design and documentation through final delivery and outcomes presentations.
  • Communicate project implementation options that affect schedule, quality, cost and risk to stakeholders, as well as offer recommendations based on these elements.
  • Participate throughout a project's quality assurance cycle to ensure that the final product meets the expectations of the original project requirements
  • Closely monitor scope and change requests thereby preventing unapproved requirement modifications.
  • Provide project management direction to customers and resources. Monitor development efforts, assemble key project deliverables, report project status, and raise awareness on issues requiring escalation
  • Traffic and coordinate support requests to appropriate members of the team for fulfillment
  • Participate throughout a project's quality assurance cycle to ensure that the final product meets the expectations of the original project requirements

Experience/Skill Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of direct project / delivery management experience of which; 5+ years total experience in consulting or technology and two years has direct and demonstrated success working in a consulting environment (e.g. working on projects for external clients), is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple small-to-medium scale projects with a combined team of 3-10 team members
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills are required, as well as mandatory experience with program design and documentation of functional/technical specifications during pre-sales support.
  • A cross-disciplinary background in business and technology planning is required.

Education/Training Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • A working knowledge of AGILE, SCRUM and Waterfall delivery processes is required.

Position: Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Job Description

The Salesforce Admin/Developer is responsible for leading the scoping, ongoing administration of and training on applications in Eliza's Salesforce platform. Eliza currently uses Salesforce to track Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Contracts as well as using Force.com custom applications to manage Eliza team workflows and configuration of internal platforms. Eliza is planning several large integrations and customization over the next year which will require technical leadership and guidance from the candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):

  • Administration
    • Perform basic administration of Eliza's Salesforce instance
    • Lead and support team administrators
    • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
    • Manage and implement best practices for creating and refreshing sandboxes and migration of data/metadata
  • Training and Documentation
    • Develop training plans, materials and documentation for end users, keep materials up to date, coordinate new user and going training sessions
    • Manage and communicate a schedule for future releases/enhancements
    • Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve
    • Assist uses with report design and management
  • Planning
    • Communicate, and manage the change process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
  • Process Discovery and Management
    • Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions
  • Custom Development
    • Develop Visualforce pages, Apex code and other Salesforce customizations as required
    • Communicate and manage the quality assurance process for customizations
  • Platform Integration
    • Work with teams to integrate web and online initiatives with Salesforce
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage outsourced Salesforce.com implementation partners as required
    • Manage ongoing relationship with Salesforce.com
