Eliza Corporation

Phaedra Moore

Director, Interaction Design

Phaedra helps facilitate the script writing process from its initial conception to the completed interaction. Taking the lead on many accounts she draws on years of creative writing experience to design interactions that highlight the client’s needs without losing focus on the member’s experience. Phaedra works with Eliza’s customers to help translate their goals into a speech activated dialog that becomes a conversational and natural experience for a member.

Phaedra brings years of writing and teaching experience to her role at Eliza. Her background includes contract writing and editorial work for a major publishing house, teaching college level English composition, editing several literary magazines and various other independent publishing credits. She has devoted both her educational and working career to the written word and through Eliza has found a focus in healthcare that gives her writing a deeper purpose.

Prior to joining Eliza, Phaedra was a Contracts Associate for The Penguin Group in New York City. She was also an adjunct Professor for the Long Island University and served as the Group Leader for the Long Island University Writing Center.

Phaedra holds a bachelor’s degree in English from The George Washington University and an MA in creative writing from Long Island University.
