Ivy Krull, MPH

Vice President, Interaction Design

Drawing on her work in healthcare technology with a focus on behavioral science, theory and cognitive processing, Ivy heads the strategy and design process for Eliza’s multi-modal outreach. Building on the analysis from Eliza’s rich underlying data, Ivy’s work includes spearheading the conception of an idea for outreach through the production of the final product.

Ivy brings a combination of experience in healthcare technology and a background in public health and social work to Eliza. Ivy's public health experience includes expertise in community based interventions to drive behavior change, outreach to impact health literacy, and studies in healthcare disparities. Her healthcare technology experience includes managing healthcare delivery system implementations and designing tools to improve charge capture, claims editing, HEDIS reporting, data collection and reporting opportunities. Additionally, she has worked on credentialing and case management software design and implementations.

Prior to joining Eliza, Ivy worked as a Senior Implementation Engineer and Director of Operations at other healthcare organizations including MedAptus, NaviNet and McKesson (formerly HBOC).

Ivy holds a bachelor's degree in theology from Harvard University, master's degrees in Public Health and Social Work from Boston University and is currently a social sciences doctoral candidate.
