Oleg Boulanov

Vice President, Systems Engineering

Oleg is responsible for the overall system architecture and design of Eliza's speech recognition technology and operating platform. Oleg works with Eliza's researchers, application developers, and marketing staff to ensure that Eliza's systems provide the highest level of performance and flexibility possible.

Oleg has 25 years of experience in speech recognition systems and digital signal processing. Prior to joining Eliza, Oleg worked as a system engineer in Rockwell International's Moscow operations, where he designed and implemented high-performance speech codecs on Rockwell's DSP architecture. Prior to Rockwell, Oleg held senior technical positions at leading research organizations in the speech recognition field, including the Moscow Scientific and Research Institute, where he led the design and development of the country’s first mass-production grade speech recognition system.

Oleg holds an MS in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University.
