Evolution Benefits Selects Eliza Corporation's Automated Phone-Based Programs to Support Timely, Personalized Cardholder Communications

The customized programs it will design for Evolution Benefits and its administrator partners will reach out proactively to cardholders during the plan year to assist with the administration of their Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA), for example, in a friendly, interactive way.
These automated calls are a quick, easy-to-understand medium for sharing important benefit-related information. Cardholders respond using only their voice. The call may include an overview of available benefits, tips on maximizing these benefits, and point the member to other resources, such as the administrator's or Evolution Benefits' web site.
