Real World Feedback
Of course, the impact of outreach on a person’s health and wellbeing is the ultimate measure of success, and we have lots of examples of that. But we also have the opportunity to “peek in the window” sometimes and gather real feedback from real people after they interact with Eliza (on behalf of their health plan, or their physician’s practice, or their health management company, or their employer) over the phone.
And as it turns out, this is not only a cost-effective approach to communication, it’s also one that’s truly appreciated by the people we contact.
